Job Safety Analysis Report prior to work commencement Prepare Safe Work Method Statements. Provide $20 million Public Liability Insurance. Comply with OS&H legislation.
Provide Traffic & Pedestrian Management as per the code of practice
Comply an implement all relevant laws, industry regulations & standards and all client & company policies
Grind stump to a minimum depth of 300mm below ground level
Grinding will be carried out with minimal impact to the surrounding environment as possible
Remove all debris from site and dispose according to client request to mulch disposal
Reinstate the area with clean, weed free yellow sand and leave the site level to prevent trip hazard to the general public
All roads, driveways, crossovers and footpaths to be blown down and the entire site left clean and tidy to the satisfaction of the client
Report any damages or unexpected arising immediately to the client, residents and associated authorities
Report and documentation prepared and delivered for client review
